Dr. Sharon Pollock, , M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Pollock received her undergraduate degree from UCLA, with a year at Cambridge University, and her medical degree from USC Medical School. She completed her internship and residency training in Pediatrics at Children's Hospital, Los Angeles. Dr. Pollock is board certified in General Pediatrics and has received additional training in psychopharmacology. She has a specialized interest in the care of children with special needs and has a passion for integrating the medical, emotional and educational needs of children and teens. Dr. Pollock has brought together different specialists in the pediatric community with the founding of her Collegial Consortium, which helps to educate specialists in various fields of child development. She is the chair of the professional board of the San Fernando Valley CHADD chapter and is a frequent invited speaker in the valley community.
Dr. Pollock’s three children have been her greatest teachers about the miraculous gifts of parenthood. Together with her supportive husband, Mark, she has raised her adult twin boys and teenage daughter, who provide her with the healthy balance of enjoying time with her family.
